We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations. The primary role includes inwarding incoming stock, verifying it against purchase orders, maintaining inventory records, and preparing and dispatching outward orders efficiently.
Stock Inwarding:
Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries.
Verify quantity and quality of goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
Record and update stock entries in the inventory management system.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock counts.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damage, or short supplies.
Organize and store inventory in the designated locations.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as per order slips/invoices.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
Generate dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, etc.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with procurement and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
Update stakeholders in case of stock shortages or delays.
Compliance and Housekeeping:
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Follow safety procedures and company policies related to inventory handling.
