Store Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and confident Support Executive to manage the sales floor efficiently and ensure a pleasant experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, assisting customers, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow.

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.

Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate salesperson.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product display on the floor.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Coordinate with sales and support staff for effective service delivery.

Report daily floor activities and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in floor supervision, retail, or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Female Candidates preferred

Smart appearance and positive attitude.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Ability to handle a busy sales environment confidently.
