Job Description

Qualification- Any Graduate.

Gender- Male Only.

Experience- 5 -10 Years

Supervise receipt of materials as per PO, challan, and invoice.

Ensure proper unloading, identification, and storage of materials.

Issue materials to production as per approved Material Requisition Slip (MRS).

Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / Tally.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances.

Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels of inventory.

Maintain GRN, issue slips, return notes, and gate entry records.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Support internal and external audits related to stores and inventory.

Follow up with purchase team for shortages, rejections, and pending materials.
