Retail Sales Store Executive

Purbasha Group is looking for a dedicated Factory Store Executive to manage the factory stores, including Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Engineering Stores. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring proper documentation and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Engineering items.

• Store materials systematically and ensure proper identification and segregation.

• Issue materials to the production and maintenance departments as per authorized requisitions.

• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records accurately.

• Assist in stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.

• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and maintenance teams for timely material availability.

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.

• Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the Store In-charge.

• Follow company procedures for material handling, documentation, and inventory control.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass or equivalent.

• 0–2 years of experience in factory stores, warehouse, or inventory management (Freshers may also apply).

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Ability to maintain records and follow documentation procedures.

• Honest, disciplined, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
