Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive/Senior Executive within the Business Development team, your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships, provide expert guidance on our product offerings, and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by delivering personalized service, responding to inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and positive experience from the first point of contact.

  • Product Consultation:
    Provide detailed and compelling descriptions of products, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Client Needs Assessment:
    Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions that match their specific requirements.

  • Query Resolution:
    Address customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Sales Assistance:
    Guide customers through the purchase process, offering expert advice and assisting in making confident buying decisions.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Wooden Street’s diverse range of products and fostering new business relationships.

  • CRM Utilization & Follow-Ups:
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous engagement with prospects using CRM software.

  • Team Collaboration:
    Work effectively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting team success.

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Provide exceptional service with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Other Duties:
    Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management to support business growth and operational needs.
