Retail Sales Store Executive

Position: Store Executive

Working days- 6 days

Experience: 2+ years.

CTC: 20 to 25 % Hike

Location: Sonipat ,Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management

• Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

• Implement efficient storage layouts to optimize space utilization and ensure easy material retrieval.

• Inward & Outward Logistics

• Oversee the safe receipt, unloading, and inspection of all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Identify and report any damages, shortages, or quality deviations in incoming stock immediately.

• Coordinate the timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation (invoices, e-way bills, and delivery receipts).

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain precise up-to-date digital records of all store transactions using ERP or inventory management software.

• Generate weekly and monthly inventory status reports, stock-aging analysis, and consumption patterns for management review.

• Manage and archive all material-related paperwork, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), material requisitions, and gate passes.

• Shop Floor & Safety Coordination

• Issue materials to the production department based on authorized internal requisitions.

• Enforce strict safety protocols, material handling guidelines, and cleanliness standards within the store premises.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to raise timely purchase requisitions for depleting stock items.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Store Executive or Inventory Controller, preferably within a manufacturing or engraving-related industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
