Retail Sales Store Executive

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Pop’NPlay Playzone

About the Role

Pop’NPlay Playzone is looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our playzone and birthday party hall.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist children and parents visiting the playzone.

• Handle customer enquiries, bookings and payments.

• Manage the counter and maintain daily sales records.

• Coordinate birthday party and playzone bookings.

• Ensure the playzone and party hall are clean, organised and ready for customers.

• Maintain stock of food items, playzone supplies and other materials.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items need to be replenished.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff.

• Ensure children and parents have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

• Handle basic customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.

• Open/close the store as per assigned shift and ensure proper handover.

Who We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills and a friendly personality.

• Comfortable interacting with children and parents.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computer/POS systems.

• Basic ability to maintain records and handle cash/digital payments.

• Responsible, punctual and honest.

• Ability to work on weekends and during busy periods.

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or a kids’ activity centre is an advantage.
