Job description for Fun Consultant

- To deliver sales and enhance the customer experience through high standards of customer service and product knowledge

- Enjoys working with children and relishes the challenges that this may present

- Candidate need to attend customer

- Contribute to the store merchandising and sales

- Stocks, inventory and cash handling

- Warm welcome and approach to each customer

- To efficiently adhere to all “company procedures and policies”

- To work with the team to achieve award winning “customer service”

- To communicate with the Management team on any operational challenges faced

- To keep up to date with product knowledge to share with customers and team members

- To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner

- To ask for feedback about performance

- To actively look for ways to improve performance, and skills

- Ability to deliver on all aspects with least guidance from the store manager

- To maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the Hamleys experience
