Retail Sales Store Executive

Profile Summary

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Store Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people, travelling within the city, building professional relationships, and representing the company at industry events. The candidate will be responsible for visiting vendors, maintaining strong business relationships, and attending exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to support business growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit assigned vendors regularly to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Coordinate with vendors regarding business requirements, updates, and support.

• Identify and generate B2B sales leads, with a primary focus on corporate gifting, institutional sales, bulk orders, and strategic business partnerships.

• Attend company-sponsored events and business activities on weekends whenever required.

• Plan, coordinate, and host company promotional activities and other marketing initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with vendors and prospects.

• Work Schedule: This role involves regular field visits to vendors and clients.

• Candidates should be willing to work extended hours and attend promotional events or exhibitions on weekends as required.

• Overtime or compensatory benefits will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Graduate or any related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.

• Confidence in meeting clients and vendors independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Candidates with internship or field sales experience will have an added advantage.

• Good presentation and organizational skills
