Store Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive with strong SAP knowledge to manage inventory, material movements, and store operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, processing transactions in SAP, and ensuring smooth coordination with production, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in SAP.

• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issues, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP.

• Ensure timely receipt and issuance of materials as per production requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain proper material storage.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of SAP (SAP MM preferred).

• Experience in inventory management and store operations.

• Knowledge of GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and inventory reconciliation.

• Understanding of FIFO, stock audits, and warehouse processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
