Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

·        Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store including receiving, issuing, and dispatching of materials.

·        Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of stock records.

·        Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.

·        Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as required.

Production Planning:

·        Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans.

·        Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

·        Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and update records accurately.

·        Identify potential delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Inventory & Reporting:

·        Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking and shortages.

·        Generate and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, and material consumption.

·        Utilize ERP or inventory management software for tracking.

Coordination & Communication:

·        Work closely with purchase, production, quality, and dispatch teams.

·        Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth operations.

·        Communicate effectively in Hindi and English with internal and external stakeholders.
