Job Title: Store Executive
Location: Chennai Experience Centre
Job Summary
Frikly is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Chennai Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, maintaining the showroom, supporting sales activities, handling inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and Tamil to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Experience Centre.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain Frikly's product portfolio, including laminates, plywood, louvers, wall panels, charcoal panels, and other interior solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and product display of the showroom.
Manage stock, samples, catalogues, and inventory records.
Handle billing support, documentation, and customer records as required.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending orders.
Ensure timely reporting of daily store activities.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock movement and replenishment.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Age: 23–35 years.
Experience in the interior products, laminates, plywood, furniture, building materials, hardware, paints, tiles, or related industry is preferred.
Candidates from other retail or customer-facing industries with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
Must be able to speak, read, and understand both Tamil and Hindi fluently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in showroom or store operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and billing processes.
Experience in handling walk-in customers and supporting B2B/B2C sales.
Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented.
