*Retail Specilaist*

*Kopa Mall - Pune*

*9-hour rotational shift

*10 AM – 7 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM / 1 PM – 10 PM*

Key Responsibilities:

1)Politely approach customers post-billing/shopping.

2)Take and record customer feedback accurately.

3)Handle customers with good communication and service skills.

4)Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when required.

5)Maintain feedback data in system/reports.

6)Coordinate with the store team for continuous improvement.
