About the Role

We are looking for a smart, dynamic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our electronics retail team at Jamsons. Our stores offer a wide range of products, including mobile phones, accessories, laptops, televisions, air conditioners and other electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for sales, customer service and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain and demonstrate product features, specifications, pricing, offers and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Sell mobile phones, laptops, televisions, air conditioners, accessories and other electronic products.

• Promote accessories, value-added services (VAS), EMI/finance options and exchange offers to increase sales.

• Ensure accessories are offered with every mobile handset sale.

• Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain attractive product displays, demo units and overall store cleanliness.

• Check product availability and coordinate with the Store Manager for stock requirements.

• Follow correct billing procedures and ensure accurate IMEI, GST and other transaction records wherever applicable.

• Handle customer queries and assist with warranty claims, DOA cases and after-sales service coordination.

• Maintain accurate customer details, sales records and follow-up information in the CRM system.

• Support store promotions, brand activities, festive campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements and store discipline.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate, Experience- 6 months to 3years.

• Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Interest in mobile phones, laptops, televisions, air conditioners and consumer electronics.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.

• Ability to explain product features and recommend suitable products.

• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing and CRM software.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in retail sales or electronics sales will be an advantage. Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.

• Higher accessories attachment, VAS sales and finance/exchange conversions.

• Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Accurate billing, proper CRM updates and compliance with company processes.

Job Timings : Shift 1 : 10:00am-8:00pm
Shift 2: 11:00am-9:00pm
