Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales (preferably footwear, apparel, or fashion accessories)
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)
Job Summary:
The Store Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving
sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store
operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about
retail and fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and helping them select the
right products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Ensure merchandise display, cleanliness, and store hygiene are maintained as per
company standards.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
Manage stock levels – support in receiving, tagging, and replenishment of products.
Support store manager in visual merchandising, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of current product ranges, offers, and upcoming launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
