Job Description

Job Title: Store Executive
Location: Suncity Success Tower, Sector-65, Gurgaon 122005
Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences and occasions
• Provide detailed product knowledge (fabric, embroidery, care instructions, etc.)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
• Handle billing and invoicing
• Manage inventory, stock checking, and replenishment
• Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products in the store
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with vendors/designers for stock updates (if required)

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• 0–2 years of experience
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and embroidery (Chikankari preferred)
• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Billing/Invoicing)
