Receive raw materials from suppliers and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Inspect materials for damage, quality issues, and proper documentation.
Store materials in designated locations following FIFO/FEFO principles.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual inventory systems.
Issue raw materials to production based on authorized requisitions.
Conduct regular stock checks and participate in periodic inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments for material planning.
Follow company safety procedures and storage guidelines for hazardous materials (if applicable).
