Store Executive – Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
Maintain stock inventory and update records regularly
Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods properly
Ensure proper storage and labeling of products
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports
Assist customers and staff with product availability
Ensure products are not damaged or expired
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Support purchase and dispatch activities when required
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials
Use Excel or inventory software for stock management
