Retail Sales Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain accurate stock records in physical and ERP systems.

• Conduct regular stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage and tracking of all materials.

2. Material Receipt & GRN Processing

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for any mismatches.

3. Production Support & Material Issue

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to production.

• Monitor material requirements to avoid any production delays.

• Maintain proper records of all material movements.

4. Inventory Optimization

• Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

• Report excess or obsolete stock to management.

• Support effective utilization of inventory and space.

5. ERP & Documentation Management

• Record all transactions (GRN, issue, return, transfer, scrap) in ERP on time.

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.

• Follow company SOPs and internal control processes.

6. Warehouse Operations, 5S & Safety Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured warehouse.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and easy identification of materials.

• Follow 5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workplace discipline.

• Adhere to safety norms, especially while handling sensitive or hazardous materials.

7. FIFO & Material Traceability

• Ensure materials are issued as per FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle.

• Maintain batch-wise and lot-wise tracking where required.

• Prevent damage, expiry, or loss through proper handling and rotation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management

• Experience with Tally systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of warehouse safety and 5S practices

• Good coordination and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Logistics preferred)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
