We are looking for Team Member in Gurgaon.
Job Description:
Team Member is responsible for customer service, food and beverage preparation, and daily café operations. Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling transactions, and preparing menu items to brand standards. Team members also assist with maintaining café cleanliness, managing inventory, and creating a positive customer experience by recommending specials and informing customers about coffee.
· Customer service and sales.
· Greet and engage customers warmly.
· Take food and beverage orders accurately.
· Recommend specials, new arrivals, and best-selling items.
· Handle customer complaints and implement service recovery.
· Educate customers on different coffee blends and brewing techniques.
· Assist in up-selling and cross-selling to drive sales.
Food and beverage preparation
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to brand standards.
Package food and beverages for takeaway.
