Job Description – Executive | Bakingo

Location: Kothrud, Aundh, Hinjewadi, Chinchwad, Wakad, Pune camp
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store/FC operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
Maintain operational hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.
Support the Center Lead/Shift Incharge in achieving business targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, Q-commerce, or operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
