Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
Ensure proper FIFO, MRD, and storage compliance.
Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and overall store standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen, delivery partners, and internal teams for timely order fulfilment.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational policies.
Support the Shift Incharge/Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, or hospitality will be preferred.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
