Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers
Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
Reads electrical schematics
Has thorough knowledge of all equipment systems including hydraulic, air, electrical and lubrication
Fabrication of prototypes, tooling, and fixtures needed to support HVAC development projects
Performing basic wiring and modification of test units
Ability to braze similar and dissimilar materials
