Store Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day store operations in our plastic moulding unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, materials handling, documentation, and ensuring timely issuance and receipt of goods to support seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and tools.

• Ensure timely receipt and issuance of moulding materials (e.g., polymers, colorants, masterbatches).

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for material replenishment.

• Coordinate inward and outward material movement as per production schedule.

• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of materials in compliance with safety norms.

• Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO methods as required.

• Prepare GRNs, stock reports, MIS, and other documentation using ERP or manual systems.

• Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure material availability and quality.

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Maintain proper labeling, binning, and housekeeping of the store area.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
