Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily entries in ERP system for material issues and receipts

2. Update Purchase Department on material requirements at factory or site

3. Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and get invoice approvals for received materials

4. Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and receipt of materials

5. Manage transporter payment authorizations

6. Handle job worker documentation

7. Manage all dispatch-related documentation: E-way bills, Delivery Challans, etc.

8. Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports
