Store Executive (Apparel Company)

Location - Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Role Purpose

The Store Executive is a frontline sales and operations associate responsible for direct customer engagement, transaction processing, and maintaining store standards.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer entering the store; no customer should be left unattended.
• Demonstrate products actively; highlight ongoing promotions and hero products. • Process sales invoices in Shopify POS for all transactions.
• Collect payments and deposit in the cash drawer; do not hold cash outside the drawer.
• Assist in stock replenishment, price tagging, and display maintenance.
• Perform opening and closing tasks as assigned by the Senior Executive or ASM.
• Report any damaged product, missing item, or abnormality to the Senior Executive immediately.
• Maintain personal grooming, uniform compliance, and professional behaviour at all times. Requirements
● Graduate or Plus Two/Diploma with relevant retail sales experience.
● 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
● Basic computer and billing system knowledge is preferred.

● Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
