Role: Picker / Packer

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,700 (depends on location)

Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Faridabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, UPNCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut), Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Udaipur, Kochi, Coimbatore, Punjab (Chandigarh, Mohali), Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh (Prayagraj, Lucknow), West Bengal

Shifts:

• Shift 1: 4AM–1PM / 5AM–2PM

• Shift 2: 1PM–10PM / 2PM–11PM

• Shift 3: 4PM–1AM / 5PM–2AM

• Shift 4: 9PM–6AM / 10PM–7AM

Candidate Eligibility:

• 12th Pass, able to read & write English

• Physically fit; willing to do loading/unloading (1–2 hrs)

• Open to rotational shifts

• Keep racks clean

• Residing within 6 km of store location

• Basic understanding of grocery products

• Properly dressed for interview; no slippers

• Age: Below 35 years (Pune & Chennai: below 30 years)

Red Flags (Avoid These):

• Only looking for part-time work

• Only want a specific shift

• Coming from far away

• Refuses loading/unloading work

• Will join after 2–3 days

• Graduate degree holders

Key Instructions:

• Candidates to carry physical resume copy

• Interviews: 9AM–3PM (UPNCR & Faridabad: 9AM–1:30PM)

• Follow daily demand strictly; do not hire outside demand

• Candidates must complete Google Form & Isourse App before interview

• On interview, candidate must get signature of selection on resume

Payout & Benefits:
