स्टोर एग्जीक्यूटिव की जिम्मेदारी स्टोर में आने वाले ग्रोसरी प्रोडक्ट्स की सही तरह से रिसीविंग, स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट और समय पर ऑर्डर की पैकिंग व डिस्पैच करना होगी। उन्हें स्टॉक की क्वालिटी चेक करना, शेल्फ पर सही तरीके से प्रोडक्ट्स लगाना और इन्वेंटरी रिकॉर्ड अपडेट करना आवश्यक होगा। ग्राहक के ऑर्डर को सटीकता और तेज़ी से तैयार करना तथा पैकिंग मानक के अनुसार करना प्रमुख कार्य रहेगा। साथ ही, स्टोर की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना, नुकसान को कम करना और टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवार को मोबाइल/स्कैनर के माध्यम से ऑर्डर प्रोसेस करने में दक्ष होना चाहिए। यह भूमिका तेज़ रफ्तार माहौल में काम करने की क्षमता और जिम्मेदारी की भावना की मांग करती है।
