We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Yelachenahalli. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and product demonstration.

• Maintain store displays, ensure product availability, and manage stock levels.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and follow standard operating procedures.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Keep track of sales, customer feedback, and inventory records.

• Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store hygiene.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS machines, and inventory handling.

• Positive attitude, team player, and target-driven.

• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
