Key Responsibilities
- Shall be responsible for the receipt, inspection, and systematic recording of all incoming materials in accordance with purchase orders and delivery challans
- Issue materials to production and dispatch departments against duly authorized indents
- Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile the same with ERP/system records
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records in ERP software and/or MS Excel and submit daily stock reports to management
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Logistics departments to facilitate timely inward and outward movement of goods
- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of all store-related documents, including Goods Receipt Notes, Material Issue Slips, and Dispatch Invoices
- Monitor inventory levels and provide timely intimation to management for procurement of fast-moving and critical items
- Supervise loading and unloading operations to prevent damage, pilferage, or loss of material
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or Diploma holder with 1–3 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally, BUSY
- Competency in MS Excel and inventory management methodologies
- Strong organizational, documentation, and inter-departmental coordination skills
