Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, exchanges, and refunds.

• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills :

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing that knowledge with customers.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
