Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage daily store operations for machinery tools, industrial parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check and store incoming material as per invoice / PO
Maintain proper stock records in register / system
Arrange material neatly and ensure easy identification
Issue material to sales / production / dispatch team as per requirement
Prepare packing for dispatch and coordinate with logistics
Check quality, quantity and damages at the time of receipt
Maintain minimum stock level and inform purchase team for re-order
Handle returns, replacements and inward–outward entries
Ensure store area is clean, safe and well maintained
Support audit and physical stock verification
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and store procedures
Ability to handle industrial tools, spare parts and accessories
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification & Experience
Any graduate / diploma
1–3 years experience in store or warehouse (industrial background preferred)
Reporting To: Operations / Store Manager
