Job Description

Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, billing, and cash handling.

2. Ensure product availability, proper stocking, and visual merchandising.

3. Handle inventory: stock-in, stock-out, stock audits, and shrinkage control.

4. Assist customers, resolve queries and complaints to ensure great service.

5. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for replenishment and deliveries.

6. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

7. Achieve daily sales targets and push for upselling.
