We are looking for a reliable, warm, and proactive All-Round Store Associate to run day-to-day front-of-house and cafe operations. If you enjoy interacting with people, take pride in keeping a shop spotless, and love great coffee and fresh bakes, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Store Operations: Open the outlet on time, run morning setup, and maintain spotless hygiene across display counters, dining space, and prep stations.
Customer Service & Billing: Welcome every guest warmly, explain menu items, handle POS billing (Cash/UPI/Cards), and pack orders neatly.
Beverages & Finishing: Pull espresso, prepare cold brews, blend shakes, and finish/reheat cookies and savouries to standard.
Stock & Handover: Monitor daily display stock, track ingredient levels (milk, syrups, packaging), and log wastage accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a cafe, bakery, or QSR setup (Barista or Service Crew background preferred).
Skills: Basic espresso machine operation, beverage prep, and comfortable handling POS software.
Mindset: Dependable, punctual, comfortable managing a floor shift independently, and naturally polite with customers.
Languages: Good conversational English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
