We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team PVR Inox Ltd . As a service associate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints-Box Office, Concessions and Floor operations. The role requires energy, customer friendliness and the ability to work in a fast paced entertainment environment. The role offers an in-hand salary of 11500/- with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with movie information, seating and general queries.

• Ensure a positive, friendly and professional service experience.

• Manage billing, upselling and customer orders efficiently.

• Coordinate with supervisors for smooth show operations.

Job Requirements:

1. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass .

2. Age must be between 18-25 years .

3. Strong communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.

5. Basic computer knowledge(preferred).
