Store Associate

We are looking for a Store Associate to join our team at Patilkaki Ecom Ventures Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹14000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers at the counter and providing menu guidance politely.
2. Taking orders and supporting billing on the POS system.
3. Packing takeaway and online orders neatly and accurately.
4. Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation of orders.
5. Managing Swiggy/Zomato rider pickups and checking order readiness.
6. Maintaining counter cleanliness, hygiene, and display arrangement.
7. Monitoring and restocking disposables like tissues, spoons, and packaging.
8. Helping with opening and closing checklists as guided by the supervisor.
9. Handling basic customer queries and ensuring a smooth service experience.
10. Assisting the team during rush hours and ensuring efficient operations.

Job Requirements:

We do not have a minimum education requirement. Just want to have people who are full of energy, life and excited to be a part of an organisation that celebrates food, culture and people. The responsibility includes achieving Customer Feedback targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
