Retail Sales Store Associate

📍 Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Associate / Cashier to join our growing supermarket team.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in supermarkets, retail stores, or customer service will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage customer orders received through the mobile application and ensure timely processing.

✅ Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment.

✅ Plan and project inventory requirements to avoid stock shortages.

✅ Arrange, replenish, and maintain shelves as per merchandising standards.

✅ Assist customers with product-related queries and help them make suitable purchase decisions.

✅ Ensure billing accuracy through the POS system and support smooth order fulfillment.

✅ Coordinate with the inventory team for stock movement and replenishment.

✅ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store and display areas.

✅ Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues whenever required.

✅ Follow store SOPs and maintain high standards of customer service.

Eligibility

• SSLC/PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Any Discipline)

• Freshers can apply

• 0–3 Years of Experience

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience with retail POS systems will be an added advantage

Skills Required

✔ Good communication skills (Kannada, English & Hindi will be an added advantage)

✔ Customer-friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills

✔ Basic computer proficiency

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

✔ Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills

✔ Willingness to learn and take ownership of store operations
