Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their shopping needs, provide accurate product information, process transactions efficiently, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services.
Recommend suitable products and promote ongoing offers to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing shelves and displays.
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
Share customer feedback and concerns with the Store Manager when required.
Stay updated on new products, services, and store promotions.
Support the achievement of store sales targets and maintain a positive shopping environment.
