Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.

• Assist guests with seating and explain menu items whenever required.

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages on time.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant guidelines.

• Assist in buffet setup, refilling food counters, and clearing tables.

Kitchen Support Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, marination, and cleaning ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and workstations.

• Support buffet counter preparation and ensure timely food refilling.

• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
