🏬 Job Opening: Store Manager – Swastik Supermart, Hisar (Haryana)

Location: Hisar, Haryana
Accommodation: Free housing provided near the store

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the grocery store – sales, billing, inventory, and cash handling.

• Supervise and train staff; manage shift schedules and team coordination.

• Maintain accurate stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure FIFO practices.

• Coordinate with vendors for ordering and receiving goods.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.

• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Work towards achieving sales targets and prepare reports.

• Use POS systems efficiently and prevent stock loss or theft.

✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in grocery retail or supermarket management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory, billing software, and POS systems.

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Retail Management or related field.

• Experience with FMCG, perishables, or grocery products.

• Basic MS Excel/reporting skills.

• Vendor management experience.
