Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries on WhatsApp and share product prices.

  • Take and record customer orders accurately.

  • Organize jewellery orders customer-wise in separate boxes.

  • Handle jewellery packing and dispatch preparation.

  • Maintain proper organization of jewellery and orders.

  • Assist with other day-to-day jewellery-related work.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computers.

  • Good communication and attention to detail.

  • Responsible, organized and willing to work long-term.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Location: Prateek Grand City, Siddharth Vihar.
