• Understand customer needs and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Ensure all furniture displays are neat, clean, and appropriately tagged.

• Manage billing and invoicing using POS systems.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment and delivery follow-ups.

• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.

• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the store manager.

• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.
