Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials and verify them for quantity and quality
Arrange and store materials in their designated locations
Issue materials as per requirements
Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue slips
Assist in regular stock checks and inventory audits
Keep the store area clean, organized, and well-maintained
Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Perform data entry in Excel or inventory management software
