Store Assistant

• Inventory Management:

  Overseeing all aspects of inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, and maintaining accurate records of stock. 

• Receiving and Dispatching:

  Accepting deliveries, verifying them against purchase orders, and preparing goods for dispatch to their destination. 

• Stock Organization:

  Organizing and arranging stock in a logical and efficient manner to ensure easy accessibility and utilization, often using methods like First-In, First-Out (FIFO). 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all stock movements, receipts, issues, and stock levels to support inventory control and financial reporting. 

• Quality Control:

  Inspecting received goods for damage or discrepancies and reporting any issues for reimbursement and record-keeping.
