Store Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Assistant to manage day-to-day operations of our plywood retail showroom. The candidate should have prior experience in a ply/laminate/hardware store and be capable of handling customers and stock efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and explain ply, laminate, and board products

• Assist customers in product selection as per their requirements

• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory

• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery team

• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the store

• Prepare basic bills, challans, and order details

• Support the sales team in closing retail orders

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in ply/laminate/hardware retail shop (mandatory)

• Minimum 12th pass

• Basic knowledge of plywood brands, grades, and sizes

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

• Basic billing and record-keeping skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary (as per experience)

Working Days:

• 6 days a week
