• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Material Handling: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• Documentation & ERP: Update stock entries in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Generate GRNs, issue slips, and maintain documentation for audits.

• Coordination: Liaise with procurement, production, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Compliance & Safety: Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
