Job Overview:

As a Store Assistant, you will be the face of Momo Delights, ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment. You will support both front-end service and back-end food handling while upholding our brand values of hygiene, hospitality, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections and queries

• Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions accurately

• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control

• Assist in food preparation, steaming, and packaging

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• Stock and replenish items as required

• Follow safety, food handling, and QSR protocols

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and store manager for smooth operations

• Handle basic complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Prior QSR or retail experience is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Energetic, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Basic math and POS handling knowledge
