Store Assistant

Position: Store In-Charge / Store Executive (Drug Store)

Department: Pharma Store & Inventory

Location: SASNI GATE AND MARRIS ROAD RENUKA HOSPITAL

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations – receiving, stocking, issuing, and dispatching medicines & pharma products.

• Maintain inventory records (manual/software) – inward, outward, stock reconciliation.

• Ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) & first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) method of stock management.

• Monitor expiry dates, damages, and shortages, and prepare return/replacement notes to suppliers.

• Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for timely procurement and replenishment.

• Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, segregation of medicines, controlled substances).

• Assist in stock audits (monthly/quarterly) and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Handle billing, challans, and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) accurately.

• Support in dispatch of orders/shipments as per customer and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of store premises.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (commerce/science background preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in pharma store / warehouse / inventory management.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP / Inventory software.

• Familiarity with pharma storage rules and documentation.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Team player with good communication and coordination ability.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
