We are seeking a Showroom Executive (Female) to manage our store operations, welcome and assist walk-in customers, and provide product details confidently. Full training will be provided after joining to ensure complete product knowledge.
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and explain Alea’s products and solutions.
Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the sales team.
Keep records of walk-ins, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Support in showroom displays, presentations, and client meetings.
Learn and upgrade product knowledge through training.
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer usage (training will be given if required).
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
