Role Overview

We are seeking a Showroom Executive (Female) to manage our store operations, welcome and assist walk-in customers, and provide product details confidently. Full training will be provided after joining to ensure complete product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and explain Alea’s products and solutions.

• Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.

• Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the sales team.

• Keep records of walk-ins, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.

• Support in showroom displays, presentations, and client meetings.

• Learn and upgrade product knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer usage (training will be given if required).

• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
