We are a leading Fabric Manufacturers in textile business looking for a Leads Sales Assistant to support our sales team by Working on Leads with potential clients, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should understand basic textile products and have good communication skills.*Key Responsibilities:*
To Handle leads by Sharing catalogues & price lists, Make follow-up calls/messages & Convert leads into confirmed orders.Maintain and update customer leads dataCoordinate with the Dispatch team for order related updatesReport daily/weekly about sales activity*Requirements:*
Basic knowledge of the textile industry (preferred)Good communication skills Ability to handle customers politely and professionallyExperience in sales, telemarketing, telecalling, etc. (preferred)Comfortable using Basic Excel & WhatsApp*What We Offer:*
